  • Daily Ingestion: Ingested the latest Fireflies transcripts.
  • Key Insight (Data Insights Meeting): Analyzed the “Data Insights” sync between Nader, Mike, and Ahmadreza.
    • Topic: Refining income/expense calculations for commission estimation without relying on delayed residual reports.
    • Strategy: Using Interchange Plus (15 basis points) as a baseline, then adjusting for “noise” (AVS, PIN debit, etc.).
