Description

Right now, when we update an activity, the changed_at field gets updated too. That makes the edited activity jump out of its original spot in the chat timeline. I don’t think we want conversations reordering every time someone fixes a typo.

We could add a separate created_at field to track edits, and just show “(edited)” in the UI
