Description

Confirm successful submission of merchant All Business Class in staging. Then connect to Prod.
Update status from lead/in-review to underwriting when application sent to a processor (confirm that UW Received maps to underwriting.)
Update required fields for submission to Luqra (some should be inferred from other merchant fields, not required in the endpoint)
Create api for uploading documents in luqra
