Steps to reproduce

Please visit transaction table in staging. a great number of merchants, who has settled transactions from 2025-09, don’t have account_first_6 for it which is very critical to the calculation of current commission calculation.

Expected behavior

account_first_6 available for any transaction that is done by a card (even if it is failed).

Actual behavior

I attached a short list merchants which we had this for, although there are many who currently have this happened to them.

A note: This bug is not effecting all the transactions of a given merchant, so a lot of these merchants have many transactions that have account_first_6 but also many transactions who doesnt.
