Request

we have the bin list in our platform now and we would like to use it to populate the card type(not brand) which is debit or credit for the Future use.

Acceptance criteria

• Add a column to the transaction table named dr_cr
• Add the function to populate it based on bin_list table
• add the call to that function to nightly job, sync tbdd to populate for the new transactions
