Caused by https://twill-network.slack.com/archives/C07TPN6FCBX/p1741880125271719 and https://twill-network.slack.com/archives/C07TPN6FCBX/p1741968326589619

Expected behavior

1. On any GET http://staging.twillai.com/api/v1/dashboards/1 dashboard is returned. For this LlmChat serving to dashboard shouldn’t be removed or it shouldn’t cause errors in app.
2. On the ability to chat with any existing LlmChat it should happen.
