Separated from https://github.com/Twill-AI/facade/issues/271 as a “bare minimal payments support” scope. The main goal is to test (execute first time for payments) deployment pipeline and check how transactions are working in PayEngine Production.

Limitations/requirements:

• There is an ability to on-board PayEngine merchants.
• Only “Virtual Terminal” and “Transactions” widgets are supported.
