Facade “execute transaction” API supports Twill Customers, Payment Methods, Billing Addresses

Continuation of https://github.com/Twill-AI/facade/issues/312.

When user chooses something existing in “Customer” and “Payment Method” dropdowns on Virtual Terminal widget we need to fill relevant data into PayEngine API from our Twill inner persistence.

Acceptance criteria

• Facade “execute transaction” API supports Twill Customer-s with specified payment method and billing address as a parameter (either ID or set of fields).
• Logic above is covered with unit tests.
• https://twillpayments.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TD/pages/7929859/Facade+API is updated.
