Description

Caused by Slack communication https://twill-network.slack.com/archives/C08FBV96E4R/p1744635080517389 with PayEngine during https://github.com/Twill-AI/facade/issues/312. Cumulative list of issues found on “execute transaction” PE API calls was moved (partially?) to https://payenginesupport.slack.com/docs/T037LAS6LFK/F08PYSDC1HS Slack canvas and currently should match list in https://twill-network.slack.com/archives/C08FBV96E4R/p1746536452083609

AC:

• PE responses about ongoing “execute transaction” issues are checked on our side and latest behavior is re-recorded in https://github.com/Twill-AI/facade/blob/main/app/tests/integrations/test_payengine.py.
• Response to PE comments about list of issues is sent to them with either “solved” or “I still see it”.
• New issues (if appear) and not solved ones are aggregated in new list (like https://twill-network.slack.com/archives/C08FBV96E4R/p1746536452083609) in [twill-payengine Slack channel](https://app.slack.com/huddle/T05785MDXA8/C08FBV96E4R)
