Facade supports “Invoice Details” from /widgets/static API

Description

To show “Invoice Details” in UI we need to support type=“invoice” widget in /widgets/static API.

Invoice Details widget content and values sources are discussed with team.
Facade /widgets/static API has SQL Jinja template and JSON schema to return data for type=“invoice” (Invoice Details widget in UI).
Logic above is covered with unit tests.
