Caused by investigations on 2025/08/06

STR

• Put SSN and (immutable) bank account numbers into app.
• Wait “force sync merchants” event.
• Submit merchant.

Expected: Slack message into “submission” channel with these sensitive information.

Actual: Officer.ssn is getting updated on “force sync merchants” from PE and from real one turns to masked as ***-**-6701 so we are loosing original value. Both Officer-s and Bank Account “routing_number”/“account_number” are not sent in Slack.
