Description

Need to enable hierarchical team management within partner organizations where some reps manage other reps and have expanded permissions for their team’s merchant portfolio. Managers should:

  • View and manage reps where manager_id points to the manager
  • Access user dashboard
  • Reassign merchants between team members
  • Monitor team member activities
  • Maintain their own assigned merchant accounts
  • Full access to merchants assigned to their team members
  • Handle nested management structures (managers having managers)
