#593 — Minor chat render updates

Description

When merchant added, Render as a single line “Merchant added {Relative time}” instead of these 3 lines (don’t show status change from non - editing, don’t show the merchant id when it’s added)
When application status changes to sent to merchant, render as a line “Application sent to Merchant {Relative time}”
Include doc type as subtitle (instead of “Document”)
When document is not uploaded by current user, it should show the user name that doc is uploaded by, instead of description
When rep changes, the names should be rendered instead of ids: “assignee changed from {old rep name} to {new rep name}“. Also if it was ‘None’ before, it should revise the sentence “Merchant assigned to {rep name}”
When a message is sent by a user we need to use the new metadata to display the user that sent the message instead of using the activity “description”
