Description

Owner should receive notifications on user activities. AC:

  • Owner message triggers email to assignee (if owner is not the assignee)
  • Owner receives email when application status changes
  • Rep message triggers email to owner
  • System messages trigger email to the owner as well as the rep.
  • Slack notification logics stay untouched
  • Partner branding applied to emails
  • Unit tests for logics above
