Description

We need to have data and backend support to enable a sandbox environment with examples in staging:

Should be same format as #542
Data should live under a separate bucket for staging (and have auto routing based on env)
Create mock data for two merchants: (80-20 split for MCA, and 2% flat fees)
- 99975c18-bf00-4d86-bdd3-f89358239bae: 75% dates filled (type D) with values ranging $2000 -$ 10000,
- 4f6c299b-5d36-4a3b-b3ee-307bae46f1e8: 40% dates filled (type D) with values from $5000 -$ 10000,
