Case 1:

• Single file: EMS application.pdf
• Merchant ID: 209068ee-1ddd-4f9f-a4aa-bac580201247
• Issues/notes:
  • Business age (years) is wrong: 0 in file, but 1 in application.
  • Can we use a provided MCC code in luqra system to convert to our system?
  • Federal Tax ID is present in the doc, but EIN is not filled. (These are same)
  • Annual Revenue is hallucinated.
  • Average is present in file but missing in application
  • Date of Birth is extracted one day apart
  • Document uploaded doesn’t show up in the documents tab of application
