Detach Pay Engine from the applications:

Update the [mapping documentation] (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/13o2vHMWKEc7rxgBssBMHpFNq2_0eaqi4di3vEK70NTY/edit?gid=0#gid=0) and make sure all the necessary fields are covered for both integrations
Create DB migration adding necessary fields
Endpoints available to master/partner/merchant
Track the processor (EMS / Luqra /~~Pay Engine~~) and extrnal_status.
Historical data migration (investigate if needed)
