Description
Currently linking a Luqra merchant ignores the pricing and equipment information.
AC:
- Update model create equipment, pricing and fee table
- Create migration
- Create APIs for extracting data
- Update Sync for function for syncing these info as well
- Add and Update test cases
- Extend this to EMS.
