After #58 need to integrate LLM Chats into Dashboards and Widgets. Also need to check correct “delete” behavior.

AC:

WS messages CharPromptText support origin_type “dashboard” and “widget”.
Tests are updated to check correct LLM chats implementation and correct removal of dashboards and widgets.
