Description

A couple additions for a better user experience in chat:

When a user presses Enter or clicks send, the message should immediately appear in the chat thread without requiring a page refresh or a spinning wait.
After a message is sent, the cursor must automatically remain focused in the text input box so the user can continue typing without re-clicking.
When a user uploads a doc, the docs should immediately appear in the chat thread without requiring a page refresh or a spinning wait.
