#1101 — Allow Master/Partner to clone a merchant application

Description

Leverage the following endpoints:

Add another option in the merchant table to use master/merchants/{merchant_id}/clone
Similar to master table’s UX, partners should be able to change assignee or clone a merchant using partner/merchants/{merchant_id}/clone
After choosing the clone option, user should be redirected to the merchant dashboard of the newly created.
