Description

Design and decide the location and flow of the onboarding: (choose max 2)

  • Option 1: Part of our platform onboarding (pro: all in one onboarding, con: will become too long)
  • Option 2: In integrations tab (pro: in platform, con: not all that visible)
  • Option 3: In the website / external link (Pro: easier to access pre sign up to platform, con: hard to get to if already in the platform, a payment user is not exposed to other functionalities by default)
  • Option 4: First thing to see when going to payments tab
  • Option 5: A predefined widget that LLM decides when to bring up in the chat. (pro: no need to statically host, con: cannot sign up with a mouse with what they see)

Covers all fields and pages PayEngine provides, white-labeled. Need to merge common question in our onboarding and payments onboarding to prefill as much as possible and ask as few questions as possible.
