Caused/follow up by https://github.com/Twill-AI/twill-ai-ui/issues/182

To enable sessions recording we need to skip sensitive elements from these events to don’t receive passwords and payment tokens in these recordings.

AC:

• Make sure that all sensitive data is ignored in PostHog events, see https://posthog.com/docs/session-replay/privacy
• Enable “Record user sessions” in https://us.posthog.com/project/112605/settings/project-replay
