See “Payments” section in left nav in https://www.figma.com/design/ZUrZatocX5Vs79IBNqzGke/Twill-UI?node-id=8524-24353&t=X3KsRYeYx7NDGPzo-4 - need to make it working for testing all payments widgets. Click on relevant link should open separate empty page with a widget.

AC:

“Payments shortcuts” section in left nav is implemented.
“Payments shortcuts” section is visible only in “staging” environment (by config.json content) and only for users which have email ending with “@twillpayments.com” (to still be able to make a demo for external users in staging).
Existing payments widgets (“Virtual Terminal” and “Payment Links”) may be opened from it directly and not artificially added into LlmChat.
