#298 — Implement Table widget V2 on frontend

Description

Steps:

1. Add rendering strategies for each new widget type
2. Implement general filters UI and logic (including calls to the new backend endpoint)
3. Implement rendering of interactive UI components (possibly only buttons to start with) and rendering of ui_layout

AC:

• New tables V2 widget is supported on frontend
• Tests exist for this new component

This will be partially implemented on https://github.com/Twill-AI/twill-ai-ui/issues/251 before it is needed for flexible widgets
