UI support “customer_updated” notifications

Description

Caused by https://github.com/Twill-AI/facade/issues/345. In https://twillpayments.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TD/pages/7929859/Facade+API#Supported-WebSocket-%E2%80%9Ctype%E2%80%9D-s see supported values in click_dest_type.

AC:

• UI may show notifications with a link to Customer Details widget.
