#551 — Remove dysfunctional fields and small UI fixes

Need to remove fields not ready yet.

Just ask for Website until the functionality is complete in next version
“Have you accepted cards before?” Needs to be removed
On statement analyzer monthly volume and total monthly fees should not be editable
Cc total monthly sales should be swapped with Highest Transaction Amount
Fix officers saving.
Persist Pricing step information. Include here statement analyzer result, pricing proposal values. Restore “Pricing” step form state.
When you click “next” it should save that page.
Save draft should save all pages, not just the current
if Incomplete sections exists, then submit application should be disabled.
