Don’t show “Unsaved Changes” dialog without changes in Merchant form

Description

“Unsaved Changes” dialog shows even if there were no changes in the form. STR: open merchant application for editing, do nothing, try to close dialog. Expected - it closes, actual - “Unsaved Changes” dialog appears with claim that something was changed.

AC:

• “Unsaved Changes” dialog appears only if user made changes in Merchant form.
