• Tenant creation page has been changed for the creation disabled message. Logout button, continue to Twill, and textboxes should be removed.
• Option to signup has been removed from UI:

When using Log in with google users might still be able to “sign up”. In that case we need to modify this page: to show a message saying “Creation of new users has been disabled for the moment” and trigger a logout after 30sec
