Description

Set of merchant table enhancements.

AC:

Change ordering of tabs (by status): All → Action Required → Editing → Lead → In Review → Sent to Merchant → Approved → Active → Declined
Default sort by Status (Action Required > Sent to Merchant > Lead > In Review > Editing > Approved > Active > Rejected); if same status, sort by Created-at
For users with “owner” role only - add Assignee column based on “assigned_to_name” value
Change visual icon of statuses (Lead)
Show applications completion percentage as part of the status based on “percentage_completed” value.
Business type should be the MCC type
