#673 — Merchant Dashboard & Application Views

Description

We are moving away from pop up modal to full screen dashboard for merchant details based on the status. This requires some general changes as in feature/merchant-communication-and-invitations:

Merchant detail view would be different based on status:

• Editing / Lead → edit application
• In Review / Action Required / Sent to Merchant / Rejected → uneditable except for docs
• Approved / Active → Revenue Trend, Fee schedule, Documents

For the statuses corresponding to application view:

• Send application to merchant should be an option at the bottom of the application.
• Adjust layout/styling of the application tabs

In all cases:

• Show merchant details in header in any status
