Description

Master should be able to login to the partner portal:

Dashboard: would be empty until endpoint implemented
Merchants: same table view as owners + partner column, when clicked on a row it navigates to merchant dashboards as other users see (+Chat)
Users: Table of all users (based on GET/api/v1/master/partners/cached). Columns include: partner, role, name, email, number of merchants, active, created at
