Implement merchant portal UI with authentication and routing structure.

  • Merchant users redirected to /merchant/application after login
  • White-label branding applied (partner logo, colors) based on partner
  • Navigation shows application and details (+Remove chat)
  • Merchant users cannot access /partner/* routes
  • Merchant can logout
