#829 — Merchant invitation endpoint and small changes

Description

Call /api/v1/partner/merchants/{merchant_id}/invite-merchant instead of /api/v1/partner/merchants/{merchant_id}/invite in order to invite Merchant.

Other small changes:

when the status is in-review, merchant should see the application (not able to modify anything other than uploading docs). Right now it goes to the merchant dashboard instead.
when the status is lead, merchant should see the status as editing
Given all pricing related sections are removed, Merchant Pricing tab should read Equipments for merchants.
Remove the message from Twill alert from merchant portal
