Description

We need to expose processor MID is in the merchant portal when available. (for merchant/partner)

When the user hovers over the status, show source (EMS/Luqra) along with the MID (luqra_mid or ems_mid) and external status
Merchant title should include DBA under Business name (when different)

This applies to the master portal:

Should include commissions/residuals in the graph. (similar to partner, but using the master endpoint)
