Description

Merchants should either get in an application mode, or dashboard +tables mode.

• Application page should not have view application
• Transactions/Batches/Deposit/Disputes tabs be grayed out and not clickable if the merchant is in application mode.
• Merchant landing page should be the dashboard (when last_batch is available, otherwise it should be the application.)
