Description

Upgrade master portal partner dashboard to allow more oversight and functionality. The design is attached below: (Note, the UI doesn’t need to look exactly like this, rather we should adopt our design system) partner_data.json partner-detail.html partner-table.html

• Revise the Partner table in master portal
• Add Partner dashboard to master portal
• Allow edits in Partner dashboard
• Add the commission table with edit option and filters by merchant.

Also we have new additions to the partners:

• Add the following fields at partner creation: “bin_fee_basis_points_low”, “bin_fee_basis_points_mid”, “bin_fee_basis_points_high”
