Per recent discussion with @meliascosta we may integrate LlmEngine into Facade without asking Facade to provide LangChain classes/objects into LlmEngine, therefore we may remove complexity with managing LangChain from python-shared.

AC:

  • Update twill-llm-engine and python-shared repos with all LangChain dependencies placed in twill-llm-engine.
