1. Stop Twenty CRM containers on VPS?

  • Twenty CRM is deprecated (Obsidian vault is source of truth)
  • Containers are still running at 187.77.22.161
  • Decision: Run docker compose stop server worker on VPS?
  • VPS itself stays alive (Cloudflare tunnel runs there)
  • Impact if stopped: crm.twill.biz goes offline — which is fine since vault replaced it
  • Impact if kept: wastes ~500MB RAM on the VPS

2. Source code indexing in vault?

  • Should Morty index the actual code files (file tree, key functions) from facade, twill-ai-ui, twill-llm-engine into 08-Engineering/?
  • This helps Dash orient faster without reading every file fresh
  • Trade-off: Large vault (adds ~500 files of code structure notes); indexed weekly via git
  • Decision: Yes / No / Do it but keep it lightweight (READMEs + structure only)

3. Post ground-control deprecation message?

  • Channel is deprecated; vault + GitHub Project Board replaces it
  • Draft announcement ready
  • Decision: When to post? Any specific wording?

4. RevTech SVB Application — Mike follow-up

  • Jen Coleman (SVB) sent the application directly to Mike, not CC’ing you
  • You need to loop back with Mike to ensure it gets completed
  • Decision: Handle it yourself, or want Morty to draft a follow-up message to Mike?

5. Team Security Audit cron — reduce scope?

  • Cron 5f03a746 is timing out (4 consecutive failures)
  • It reads all 5 team DM channels and writes a full audit — too slow for 120s timeout
  • Decision: (a) Increase timeout to 300s, (b) Simplify to just flag counts not full text, or (c) Disable it
